• From the time a case is referred, through diagnostics, treatment, and follow-up, we deliver timely reports and ensure your return to the directing veterinarian role once your client and pet are ready.

Clear Referral Pathways

We support three modes of veterinary collaboration in line with 2025 AAHA Guidelines:

• Professional-to-Professional Consultations: For case guidance without physical transfer.

• Hands-On Referrals: Direct, in-clinic care until stabilization, followed by return to your practice.

Communication You Can Count On

• We offer a 24-hour doctor-staffed hotline (609-916-8200, 8 AM–close) for immediate updates and case coordination.

• Your clients can also take advantage of our after hours nurse triage line by calling our direct line between the hours of close-8 AM. We will send a report the following morning outlining which clients called and regarding what so your team is up to date and can follow up with the client.

• Expect detailed reports, including diagnostic summaries, radiographs, treatment notes, and discharge plans—promptly delivered following patient release.

• We welcome direct scheduling of pro-active check-ins or hand-offs as it helps us to best prepare for your patients.

Safety, Quality & Care Level

• Our operating hours are 8 AM–10 PM daily, with 24-hour nursing care to support overnight monitoring of transferred patients.

• AAHA Accredited, Fear Free Certified, and Cat Friendly Gold—your clients’ pets remain in expert, compassionate hands.
